The ARM component is designed to completely automate specific customer communication. By leveraging the data already entered into your ERP system, ARM can generate a report, render it a .pdf, create an email, put your message in the email and send it all to your customers automatically.

Completely customizable, using Crystal Reports.

Merge information to create subject line and email body for a personal feel

Ability to write back to your ERP, add a new record to your notes or simply update a field, changing a status.

Save the pdf file that you sent to the customer in a backup folder for future reference

Error tracking, define your own errors. (I.e. invalid email addresses)

Error reporting, review errors on error review screen or configure system to email them to you.

Automatically sends the message/report once the error is resolved

Fax message/report to customer through your email automatically

If there is no email/fax number supplied, have the system automatically print reports. Arrive in the morning with letters ready to be put into envelopes and mailed.
